The x2301 lacks speakers so there aren't any audio jacks, and there are no USB ports included on this model. Instead, the HDMI, DVI, and VGA ports are located at the rear of the base where they are easily accessible. You won't find any ports or connectors on the cabinet. The Quick View button opens the picture mode screen where you can choose one of five picture presets including Movie, Photo, Gaming, Text, and Custom. In addition to a power switch there's a menu button, an OK (enter) button, a source control button, and a Quick View button. The piano black base is capped off with a piece of translucent aquamarine plastic that compliments the monitor's brushed aluminum and glossy black color scheme and gives the five embedded function buttons beneath it a light blue hue when pressed. Height, swivel, and pivot adjustments are not supported. The panel is attached to a small rectangular base by a short (1-inch) brushed aluminum arm with a built-in hinge that provides plenty of tilt (-5 to +25 degrees) adjustability. The glossy coated screen is framed by piano black bezels on the top and sides while the bottom is finished in brushed anodized aluminum with a smaller HP logo on the lower left corner. The rear of the cabinet has a matte black finish and has a raised brushed aluminum HP logo in the center. 38-inch cabinet, making it the thinnest desktop monitor to pass through the labs. HP touts the x2301 as being micro thin, and with good reason the 23-inch TN panel is housed in an extremely slender. Colors and small text look wonderful, however, and the panel does an admirable job of displaying blur-free video and games. If you're looking for premium performance, look elsewhere the x2301 doesn't provide very good grayscale accuracy and like most low-end TN panels it has a narrow viewing angle range. With the HP x2301 ($249.99 direct) you don't get much in the way of extra features, but this 23-inch TN monitor will add a touch of style to your workspace without taking up much room.

"While everyone can probably name the top seeded CRMs off the top of their heads, what we loved about this competition is that it allowed up-and-comers to really showcase their place alongside the industry giants." "We thought an online bracket tournament in tandem with March Madness would be a fun way to showcase all of the CRMs on the market today," said Capterra CEO, Michael Ortner. The 64 CRMs represented in the contest were just a small selection from Capterra's online CRM software directory, which lists more than 350 solutions that buyers can compare to find the right fit for their company. The CRM Madness contest was developed as a way to educate companies on the wide variety of CRM choices available today. "We saw our social media channels go wild during the competition, and we are honored that we have secured the first place spot." "We are very fortunate to have such a strong, global community of users, partners and developers behind us who believe in the value of our product," said Nick Halsey, chief marketing officer and executive vice president of corporate development for SugarCRM. The company defeated competitors IntouchCRM, Sage CRM, Oracle Siebel, SAP,, and first runner-up, Pegasystems, thanks to its strong company performance metrics and loyal customer voting. SugarCRM acquired 2,420 votes during the tournament, out of a total of 6,910 votes across the entire field. The contest was promoted primarily through social media channels, such as Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn, to spread the word and encourage voting among the CRMs' business customers.
Users and fans could vote for their favorite CRM once per day throughout the contest, and votes were combined with various company metrics to determine which CRMs would advance through each of the six rounds. CRM Madness, an online contest that began on March 14th, pitted 64 of the leading CRM software solutions against one another in a bracket-style tournament.
Arlington, VA - Capterra, an online service that connects buyers and sellers of business software, today announced that SugarCRM, the world's fastest-growing customer relationship management (CRM) company, is the champion of its first ever CRM Madness competition.
